The Neighbourhood Effect

By a unanimous vote, Belgium home affairs committee endorsed the elimination of (niqab) the full veil worn by Muslim women from the public sphere. Would such have a neighbourhood effect across Europe? Does European Muslim women have right whatsoever to deciding their attires?
